Our current largest order is 250 items dispatched within 14 days, however each order is unique and therefore will have individual turnaround times.

If a larger quantity order is placed without prior contact we will contact immediately to confirm a feasible timeframe. 

If the timeframe is not suitable for yourself the order will be cancelled on our agreement with you. Please contact us prior to prevent this.

If we do not contact, the order will be met within our current turnaround time 3-5 days.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, we guarantee a full item refund within 14 days of purchase.

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase, if later than 14 days we cannot refund items.

Returning our items:

We require our customers to pay the return shipping cost, with all items shipped via a tracked method to us.

We recommend Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For.

If items do not arrive we cannot issue a refund, so please use a tracked and signed for method to ensure safe arrival.

If items arrive damaged, or in a painted/decorated condition – or any condition other than ‘as new’ as sent from us,

we cannot refund the items.

Please ensure all items are wrapped carefully to prevent voiding your refund by items being damaged.

Once we receive the items in the same ‘as new’ condition, we will contact and issue a full item refund to the

card or original method of payment.

18mm items: 

18mm deep, 13mm fillable cavity depth

How it’s made:

We make our 18mm items from 1x single 18mm MDF layer. We hollow our items from a single blank – we do not glue

edges to a base.

Our 18mm items are 1 solid piece.

36mm items: 

36mm deep, 31mm fillable cavity depth

How it’s made:

We make our 36mm items by taking a standard 18mm item, and machining 1x new 18mm outline layer –

and glueing the outline layer to the 18mm item.

Our 36mm items arrive pre-glued. No glueing is required by customer.

At present we only offer our products within the UK.

We are able to design and manufacture custom shapes on request.

Currently we only manufacture and supply plain MDF items.

Typically our items are used for filling with a variety of contents with chosen item size relative to content size.

Items are most frequently filled with: pom-poms, faux & dried flowers, packaged edibles, edibles, beverages, craft items.

Disclaimer:

In regards to edible contents, we recommend filling our items with wrapped/pre-packaged edibles only.

We do not recommend or promote placing un-packaged/wrapped edibles in direct contact with our items.

If items are used for un-packaged/wrapped edibles, we recommend either placing a contact layer in-between the MDF

and edibles, or first painting items.

Prior customers have used saran wrap, cardboard, plastic film, wrapping paper and sugar paper. 

Painted items are effectively sealed for food contact, however customers are responsible for checking specific paint-food-

compatibility.

All of our items are suitable for painting.

Hand Painting:

We personally recommend hand-painting with an acrylic-based paint.

MDF material absorbs water and water-based paints, therefore water-based paint will leave minimal colour results.

We do not recommend water-based paints.

Spray-painting:

We personally only recommend spray-painting items if using a primer and top-coat in order to achieve best colour results.

(1 primer layer, 1-2 top layers of chosen spray colour as required).

If spraying items check spray product advisories such as indoor/outdoor facility and space requirements.

We personally do not recommend spray-painting items, as we find spray-paint to be more expensive per item set.

Customer Feedback & Results:

Customers have prior achieved fantastic results with both hand-painting and spray-painting.

Customers have prior received fantastic results from spray-painting without use of primer layer.

Top tips:

If hand-painting, we recommend using a sponge when painting.

Dragging a sponge when hand-painting will leave minimal streaks/lines with a smooth finish – compared to that of a brush.

Overall:

We advise customers to perform paint tests/trials to find what works best for them.

Whilst we opt for hand-painting with a sponge, customers may find best results from self practice and creativity.

We primarily sell to two customer bases:

1: Individuals/businesses purchasing, decorating/filling and reselling items.

2: Individuals purchasing items for self use, decor, occasions, gifts.

Our items are suitable for resale only if prior painted/decorated/filled.

We do not authorise the resale of our plain manufactured and supplied MDF items as received by us.

MDF and Moisture Resistant MDF are suitable for – and therefore only recommended for – interior use.

MDF and Moisture Resistant MDF are not water resistant. 

MDF material is manufactured via compressing glued wood fibres to form sheet material. 

MDF material absorbs and swells when wet.

Painting MDF effectively seals the material from water contact – however we advise researching/checking purchased

paints for suitability.

Our items are suitable for brief outdoor periods (weekend events, weddings, occasions) – however are not suitable for wet

conditions or environments.

Prior customers have achieved exterior-usage with exterior paint coating, however we recommend our items for interior

use only.
